Such as: job advertising, time spent screening resumes and interviewing, employer contribution to Social Security, State and Federal Unemployment Taxes, and Workers Compensation Insurance. StaffDrafts can usually do things at a lower cost because of our flexible size and strategic services offered. Companies are paying us for the time and money they would have spent on recruiting you internally, at they same pay.
